Take a look at this place in Harlan County, Kentucky. ATVNation will be having their national ride next summer at the park. The park is FREE TO RIDE, no fees what so ever. Your atv's don't have to be registered or tagged in KY either so no problem there.
The Trailhead is located at Evarts, Ky, about 8 miles out from the town of Harlan, the County has 8,000 acres under lease and we have hundreds of miles to ride, both off and on the park rides are here for you. The park is mapped and marked, <a href="http://www.kyoutdoors.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2168" target="_blank">http://www.kyoutdoors.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2168</a> the off park rides would require a staff tour by the Harlan Co. Ridge Runners ATV Club Inc., to many spider trails not mapped/leased YET, and the tour is FREE. You can stay in town, and ride your toy thur our streets as well with no problems, for gas, food, ice cream, etc. we even take you thru other atv friendly towns on off park rides.
