Very cool, now if only someone can figure a low cost method for gear reduction on the 500's.

got her running again!!
well just finished the major overhaul. Runs great just have to touch up the jetting.
Bored cylinder 1mm os with wiseco h.c. piston. ported and polished head, installed web cam, installed 1993 trx 300 clutch basket and primary gear for gear reduction. installed new crank bearing and seals, 1st gear and shifter little wear on the dogs)
wow what a difference. Thanks to this site for the reduction info. I found a complete 300 change clutch with everthing for 40.00 on flea bay also the primary clutch complete with the primary gear for 45.00 on flea bay.
