well i broke 3 before switching and i dont have my dgl installed yet but so far without the dgl i have had no problems with the gorillas at all

Nope that is not the problem the 27's really blow up to a 28 and the 28's blow up to 28 so there isnt a differance now if you were running like a 25 or 26 then maybe but no if you look at my bike the back tires are as big as the fronts maybe actually taller........It is my riding style i dont like to be hooked to a rope lol your not stuck till you have to put a rop on it

the lift kit isnt helping you at all as far as keeping your axels together dont see a need in even running a lift at all just causes to much stress.... especially if your only running 27's they will fit without a lift but hey its all a opinion not bashing ya good luck to you with the axels i know if i broke one of mine i would be very p***ed off
