I am looking into getting a 2 inch HL Lift and either 27's or 28's but i would like some help on my decision. First of all the tire. I am looking at mudzilla, mud btiches, kenda executioner, swamp lites or any other interco tire, or outlaws. I would like some personal opinions on which is best, price isnt that big of an option. Also, I need someting that is good for hard packed trails too but I am afriad that such a big lug is going to strip out trans, or break other stuff from stress due to such big lugs bouncing off the ground. Advice will be appreciated.

I have 27" Swamp lites. I have been extremely impressed with them. I have had them for 6 months, in all kinds of conditions, and they continue to impress me. If they ever wear out, I will buy them again. Outlaws are awesome for the mud, but not so much the trails. I may go to 28" next time.

Bi/Tri Claws. They are great on trails and have a good ride. I have outdug my brother on a Vinson 500 with 28" Mudzillas. you will get a broken axle before a stripped trans.

I have 26" Executioners, great tire, wear like iron, they do run short in size. You have to be easy on the throttle when it starts digging, they dig down pretty fast in the snow that is.They seem to pull better in the mud than snow.At speeds slower than say 5 mph, they ride pretty rough...smooths out pretty good when going faster.
