I've been thinkin about it for my 680. Dirty4man put the reduction in his 400, and it is a 14% reduction. He turns 30" tires fine. My 450 with a horse power kit, anda clutch kit at times would struggle with 27-10's all the way around.
Going by that, I think that it would be worth it. I have to wait for a little while to get up the extra $ to do mine.
