500's came out in 2005, and we are now in 2007, more than a couple months. i havent heard of anyone doing this to a 500 either

i believe he was talking about the gear reduction kits and not the foreman itself. that would explain why they aren't readily available yet.

I am pretty sure he meant the gear reduction has only been out for a couple of months....not the foreman 500. There are people that have done it. It's $650 w/o labor from Turner Cycles....atleast thats what a guy with it told me at mud nationals. I that correct, anyone?? Turner doesn't have the price posted on his website.
my bad. what all comes in the kit when you buy it?
I have been on the "List" for quite some time now and have heard nothing from him lately. He said it turns the lil' Honda into a stump puller.
yes i was talking about the gear reduction being out for only acouple of months now........... I called the guy at turner cycles and he told me that with this mod plus the mods that i already had done to my bike that i could turn 29.5 outlaws just like you can the 25 inch stock tires that come on the bike
just got off phone with Turner Cycles the price is $650 and they put me on the list. They said 4-8 weeks.

just wondering how much more power does it put too the ground and if it is really worth the 650? what has the turner guy told all of you all?
Hey BGRD that is one [email protected]@ looking machine. Do you like the Bison rear bumper?
hey

ya thats on the list or thinking about the gear reduction and rear U joint.
it worth the wait cause i was one of the few people to get one of the gear reductions and you can fell a difference.
and the rear u joint i highly suggest getting before you break one the stock u joint is cheap $40 wow not much but yea turners $150 or $300
but if you ever break the stock rear u joint if it binds up you can mess either of the two shafts that it connects and the worst case is that you mess the rear output shaft coming out of the motor (bend or break) or even crack the back case of the motor. but the shaft is only a $100 but you have to break the hole motor down to replace it cause you have to go all the way thru the motor to get to the tranny.
any ?'s just email me back at [email protected]
