Full Exhaust

I'm doing a bit of work to my 05' 500 Foreman. I just got the F/R brakes in and I'm looking to add some more power so I dont have trouble spinning 27" Laws in second gear. I'm only 2WD so I want the things to move.

I'm wanting a new pipe and filter but not the slip on stuff. I want the whole nine yars(from block to tailpipe). Can someone point me in the right direction? I've been searching here and at Google and can't seem to find much besides slip on's. And do most companies include jetting with the exhaust? If not, how do I determine my new jet size?

I am pretty sure ther is no full system for the foreman 500 only slip ons.
Do you have a clutch kit?
if you are having trouble spinning 27s then i would suggest a clutch kit also.
I have 26's on it right now but the plan is to have 27" Laws by mid summer. The bike is manual shift and has a new clutch in it right now because of the recall.

If slip on is the only way to go, then I'll have to go that route. Which Utility Series has worked the best for you guys? FMF, HMF, TORC, PENLAND? And does anyone know the answer to the jetting question?

Thanks for the responce guys
a clutch kit is different from when the dealer fixed the recall on your clutch. it has stiffer springs in it and allows the rpm's to increase by about 500 before it disengages.

i think you'll find that most people on this site has a hmf. great performance with a great sound. when you order your pipe you can get jets and filter at same time. i would suggest getting a dynojet kit. there are a few more things to put into the carb, but with the adjustments you can do makes it worth it.
Alright, thanks for the reply. I'll check out the DynoJet package and see what it's gunna run me.

Oh, and where in the heck is the BIg Bore kit sold? I know I sae it a few months back and now I can't find the **** website. I believe it bores it .030 over. Is there a stroker kit to go along with it?
there is now strocker kit for foreman 500s i cant remeber the site of the BBk ither

.030 over is not a BBK you would not even notice the difference. The only BBK I have heard of IIRC is sold by Thumper Racing and it raises the displacement from 475cc to 502cc or 506cc I can't remember exactly.
I think there is a 506 and a 502 BBK....
