Fuel Prime a Concern ?

2814 Views 3 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Bigvick
If I let my 2006 Foreman sit for over week when it is cold (below freezing) out, it cranks forever. When I prime the carb with the primer pump on the carb, this seems to fix it. Is this considered normal or should I tap into my 4 year warranty? Seems it is draining out of the carb too fast. Last winter it did not do this.

Mine has always been like that....just figured it was normal.
if it bike just sits i will defently take long to start...i wouldn't worry about it.
Turn the switch on and let it sit for a minute before cranking. I believe I read that there is a carb heater on the foreman carbs. I've had to hit my primer a few times, no big deal.
