front shock length?

could someone give me the measurements of the front shocks on the 450? i am trying to find some shocks that are the length i need for a little project for the brute. also are the measurements on or off the bike? thanks

thanks alot dirty, it dosnt looks like them shocks will work. a person said he thought they would but i gess not.
