03 450S. Does the front drive shaft always turn, even while in 2wheel drive?
Never noticed it spinning before and last ride noticed a sound coming from the front. Locked down and seen the shaft spinning while in 2wheel.

I know it is not in 4x4 as when I do select 4x4 I can feel it kick and pull the front tires with my DGL in. Tried turning 4x4 on/off several times and the shaft spins always.

thanks, I wasnt sure as I never looked before.
Guess I'll have to check and see what is making the noise up front then.
