There are aftermarket bumpers available. Or A bash plate will help protect the front plastic too.
FRONT BUMPER ON FOREMAN 500
HAS ANYONE DONE ANYTHING ABOUT THOSE 2 SMALL TABS ON THE FRONT BUMPER OF THE 500 YET??? BOTHE OF MINE ARE BENT AND I WAS WANDERING IF ANYONE HAD ANY IDEAS OR DONE SOMETHING ABOUT IT YET?? I HAVE AN IDEA BUT WANT TO SEE IF SOMEONE HAD BETTER ONE

This is the one I use. It covers everything (the plastic) very well. From Aluminum Products.
I do not understand why thsi thing refuses to post the pic I have of my bashplate. GRRRRRR!
