Grease or oil in a brake system destroys the rubber. It causes the rubber to swell up, causing the brakes to freeze up, or fluid to leak or by pass.

I would replace all the rubber parts, including the brake lines, If kits are available for the calipers, and master cylinder then you can rebuild them, if not they will need to be replaced. Be sure you clean all the metal parts well, and dry them thoroughly. Use fresh DOT 4 brake fluid to lubricate and assemble the parts, Bleed out the air and you are good to go.

Dont get brake fluid on plactic or painted parts, if you do wash it with water quickly. This is not real hard to do with a little patience you can do it. It may not be cheap, but IMO brakes is not a place to cut corners.

Hope this helps.
