Front and Rear Diff oil change ?

Hey all,

how often does everyone change their front/rear diff oil ??

Sythentic ? or just the reg 75 90 will do ?

I try change mine every time I change my engine oil. It also depends of if you ride in alot of water. If so it needs to be checked after each ride to make sure it has not got contaminated with water. Regular 90w is what I use
