Foreman won't start

First off, I am new to the forum, but have been reading it now for several months. I have gained alot of knowledge from some of the posts that I have read.
I have a 2004 Foreman ES. It won't start. I have checked the kill switch to make sure it is alright. I have also replaced the spark plug and checked that there is good gas flow to the carb. I am not that familiar with ATV repair, some I am kind of at a loss as to what could be the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This model does have a pulse generator which functions much like a CPS which is basically for timing. If you have tried the other issues you might look at that if your machine is the same year and model and equipped the same way.

I have a 2006 foreman 500 it will turn over but will not start no matter what I do also the fuel gauge goes up and down I put a new carb and fuel filter in there and emptied the tank and put new gas in there and still won't fully start up believe I might need a ATV mechanic near Goen Rose
