Dyno results

Supertrapp with K&N w/ pre-filter
Horse power-11.94
Torque -10.89

HMF Utility with K&N w/ pre-filter
Horse power-12.85
Torque -12.03

HMF with TwinAir
Horse power-12.61
Torque -11.83

Settings
Dyno-jet 130 main jet
Dyno-jet needle clip in 6th groove
( best settings for correct air-to-fuel ratio)

Supertrapp IDSX with 12 disc
HMF Utility without quiet core
no second airbox inlet hose
27" Tires

Run conditions
65.64 F
Humidity 65%
29.55 in-HG
Elevation 290 ft.

If humidity would have been lower , numbers should have been slightly higher.

Interesting, thanks for sharing. Amazing thats all the horsepower these machines make to the wheels.

I thought they had more horsepower & torque than that. It seems like they do anyway.

Dirty4man had his dyno'd by the same guys I use and had very similar results also.
Maybe we can get him to post his results also .

I can't fine my papers, but the HP was 11.91 with just a snorkle and everything else in stock form, can't remember the rest. I would like to run it again with the mods I have now to see what the outcome would be.

What is the HP & Torque on the 450 in stock form?

What i want to know is why are these Yamahas and Suzukis produsing like 15 to 20 H.P. stock, and the hondas are only produsing about 11 to 12 H.P. with all of these preformance mods?

will it make any difference if i modify a trx300 supertrapp2 and put it on my foreman?i mean will it restrict the engine or will it give it more horsepower and torque?
