Foreman Digital screen

my buddy flipped his 06' foreman when riding on some rocks and it smashed the digital screen that tells you the fuel,miles,hour, ect. but were can he get a new one. and would his miles, and hours still be the same or would he have to go to a dealer to get it reprogramed. thanks
