i have a 2007 foreman every time i go to use the choke i have to hold it all the way out for it to work it won't stay out on its own. is this normal mine is still under warranty .
what you can do its simple and easy take that spring thats on the chock knob off and pull that rubber boot off and theres a knob turn that tention knob a little and that will fixx it fixed mine last week has the same prolbum.
There is a plastic jam nut under the rubber boot just below the choke knob ... The jam nut won't turn much but just tighten it a little and the choke will stay out..
I was able to tighten without taking off the rubber boot. I just squeezed the rubber where I could feel the nut and turn clockwise must a little and problem fixed.
