Top speed in my 400 is limited by gearing and not power. You can get taller gearing by increasing tire size and then adding power mods if you need to. Even then you will only gain a couple mph. Enjoy the 400 for what it is and get used to looking at those Rincon taillights.

I'm used to lookin at tail lights when we ride the woods roads.
At least they get a quick look at mine thru the mud when I pull around them in a big ol boghole.
