flashing gear indicator

I was coming home on sunday and it started flashing and I counted 3 times and then I got home and turned it off and back on and I could shift out of 5th gear again. Also I need new brakes where do you guys buy your front and rear brakes and how much is it. I have a 05 foreman 500es.

Code #3 is angle sensor system ..
