I had done all the testing on myn and it appeared there was nothing wrong with it so I just wired up a switch so I could turn it on when I thought it was getting too hot. It still kicks on, on its own but the atv seems to be way too hot when it does.
Fan won’t kick on
Posting for my brother-in-law. He has a 2007 TRX 500 and the fan will not kick on. He put a new oil sensor on and a new ECW and it still won’t kick on. He said he did what the manual said and ground of the oil sensor wire and the fan kicked on . Anything else to try?. Thanks
