Extended Warrenty = Waste of money

Is it possible to get a refund for my warrenty since they are not going to cover anything anyways. I just had to get the top end rebuilt and of coarse with all of the mods the dealer immediately said its not under warrenty. Is my money just lost?

the only thing i see that would have voided the warrenty would be ur snorkel and ur lift... may be a few other things. but they sell a lot of that after market stuff. the warrenty is a load of crap. bassicly they are going to tell you its your fault and YOU have to prove its their fault. thats why i didnt buy the warranty. i would try to get ur money back for the remainder of the time you have. thats crap if they wont give it back to you. even best buy will give you money back on your warranty if you want to cancel it half way through.
your bike is pretty new, why did you need the top end rebuilt?
I love my extended warranty My dealer over here in Sarasota has covered A cv, frount out put seal and rear U-Joint all at no cost HE said as long as there is no water in it he will fix it he does not care about mods IF he can say to hoanda it was a defect than thay will cover it ( hap,s cycle sales hoanda dealer in Sarosota
I like to go in the water to much and I guess water and mud in the cylinder don't mix to well....haha oh well thats why i bought it, so i can break it. $1500 for the rebuild
I wouldn't waste my money on a warranty!!! Just think, for the money you will spend on a warranty, you could have insurance for 2 or 3 year's!!!
Ouch $1500.00 that hurts. I have gotten more than my $500.00 worth out of my warranty
The problem with warranty's is it's up to the dealer whether he wants to cover it or not. I even know a dealer that replaces wheel bearings like crazy, but my dealer won't. I think it's a load of crap.
