Just wondering if anyone might have the clearances for the piston on a 2004 Foremans 450s? I took my jug to the machine shop and they said that they needed the bore size and clearances, before they could do it and I don't have a repair manual yet. I am only going to have to go one size over stock. Hondamechanic you probably know more about what they need than I do. Thanks in Advance for any help.

You should have the new piston before they bore your cylinder ..


Here is the piston to cylinder clearance for 2004 TRX450 ...
