Dynojet Question

I recently put a dynojet kit on my bike. I installed everything according to the directions and now when I ride it in 5th gear full throttle the bike pauses. I have a 2" custom snorkel made from vaccum hose and a k & n air filter. Does anyone know what I should do to get it to stop pausing.
