Drain on float bowl keeps leaking.

Is this just an o-ring that has gone bad? Doesn't matter how tight the screw is.

Thanks.

If the screw is tight the gas is probably coming from the overflow tube in the carb bowl. The float might be sticking or there might be some dirt keeping the valve from seating. It's fairly easy to take apart the carb and give it a good cleaning. Does it leak all the time or leak for a while and then stop?

You can see the overflow tube here. <a href="http://www.hondaforeman.com/phpBB2/view" target="_blank">http://www.hondaforeman.com/phpBB2/view ... t=overflow</a>
Leaks all the time. I just rebuilt the carb. Everything Should be clean. Guess I'll have to try and replace the float itself.

Had the same problem on my 2000 450, After cleaning carb it still leaked from vent line. I cleanned (flushed) the gas tank and have had no further problems
