Do you know anyone that have so land out there for sale?
No I do not. And yes there is going to be someone at the gate. We have hired the sheriff to come out and trespass anyone you is caught on the property without permission. The sheriff and other land owners will be patrolling and at the gate checking keys and ID's.

YOU KNOW PEOPLE LIKE TO RIDE AND NOW IF WE WANT TO GO OUT THERE WE HAVE TO BUY LAND. NOW WHERE DO WE RIDE?? THIS SUCK. ?????????WHY IS ARE THAT DOING THIS ????????

I dont think it i the responsability of the landowners to provide you a place to ride. Im thinking you should have thought about that before you bought a ATV.

if that is suppose to say why are the landowners of Suburban Estates doing this, were would you like to begin?
i think first its a legal liability thing, in the last year alone i can think of 6 people that have had to be air lifted out of there due to injury nad 1 confirmed death that i know of. people have sued the owner of the property that the accident occured on. but that is the obvious point
2nd: people who dont own land out there are mostly the people that tear up the land, tear up the roads, throw trash everywhere, tear the gate down, vandalize and rob people's camps...etc. just basically a extreme lack of respect to the land. The landowners in general are just tired of it.
Suburban estates is more than just a piece of land for everyones amusement. Realize that there are some familys that have hunted/lived/camped out there for 2,3,4 generations now. it is very much a tight nit commmunity and having people disrespect the place they grew up in angers them.

FYI- i also heard they are going to put up DUI checkpoints on 441 and 192 on the weekends looking for people leaving the property also. and i heard something abouta group of landowners taking matters into there own hands if the sheriff cant put an end to the trespassing and vandalism

HOW DID YOU FINE OUT THAT THAY WERE DOING THIS ?
Because I do own land and I voted yes to make it happen at the last land owners meeting. SE is private property. If you do not own land or are not invited by a land owner you should not be there. I am sorry that you will not have a place to ride but we do not want to lose our place to hunt/camp/ride. If SE was open to the public it would have been gone already. We are very serious about this. The sheriff will trespass you the first time and will arrest you and impound your ATV and truck the second.

This is also true and I would not want to be caught by them. They caught and detained 8 people a few weeks ago. It was not fun for anyone. Luckily the sheriff arrived in time to trespass all of them before it got real violent.

same thing happening in KY not that they don't want people to ride but hardly anybody respects anything anymore. and getting sued over some one else's neglect is no fun it's a loose loose situation.

it's the same way all over, i guess. here there was a couple cool place to ride on TVA that got strick about being illegal. one was a power line access road and the other was an old logging road. people were using them for dumping and pot growing. granted they was not legal to ride on before, but now there is gates and signs. they'd always not "noticed" anyone there. they took out lake bottom riding away due to some environmental problem with erosion. now we are down to a few lake access roads which are decent, beside you get the same trash and meet people with boats if the roads are in good shape at all.

I don't know what to say about the pot growers. I'm for making it legal, for no other reason that people wouldn't setting boobie trapping on public lands.
People tell people to bring out what you brought in and maybe a little more.
