Yeah just make sure after you use your winch you ride for a while to charge back up the battery.
Hi

I have bought a CTEK Multi XS 3600 automatic charger witch I connect to my Foreman allways when not riding that way the battery is allways full. Allso You get a much longer lifetime for your batteries if you use this type of charger. Check it out on: http://www.ctek.com/index2.asp
riding your bike wont charge the battery, it doesnt have a charging system, you have to physicaly hook it up to a charger
whats the best battery charger that i can plug into my bike and leave it for weeks on end with out being removed or would i get it out and run some power out of it every once in a while. and yellowone if they dont have a charging systems how do you run lights and es shifting and all of that stuff without running the battery out on every run

Are you sure?
thats what im saying its obvous that atvs need them to run assories, lights, and so on for hours on end
sorry, wording could've been better, it doesnt have a charging system quite the same as a car, it just uses a stator that is turned by the crankshaft, but i have had experience with batterys in the winter while useing handwarmers and the winch to lift the plow up and down, by the spring i gotta replace the battery. useing the winch so much draws is hard on the battery i guess
how hard is plowing on your winch cable
