i don't know about the 28's but what are you going to do with the 26's and where are you located.
do anybody if 28's will fit
I have a 03 foreman sitting on 26" inch outlaws but I just put a 2" inch lift on the bike so now I need bigger tires dose anybobody know if 28" inch outlaws will fit???

the 28" will fit, but might require you to either trim or heat up and bend the rear black plastic
the tires will fit and if triming is needed the tires will take care of the plastic that need to go
