a safe speed for mine is around 20mph without over reving the engine. It will max out around 30-35mph, but the engine is reving pretty high. I try not to run it fast, if it does happen it's only for a short period of time.

I know you have the gear reduction and I'm seriously thinking of having Turner making me a set. Only thing holding me back is top speed. Realistically, what is your top speed. I would like to hit 40.........possible?
