One time i was riding my 04 foreman in the creek, and i guess either a stick or rock hit the left CV shaft and knocked it plum out of the diff.
The diff was full of water and the CV was messed up.
I had the extended warranty from honda, and I took it back to the same dealership that i bought it at, and about 4 days later i got it back with a NEW differential and left CV shaft.
They never even asked me anything about water, but i told them what happened.
So? Maybe it's just a dealer thing?
