I have one on my Foreman 500.It's made by VDO and I bought it from JEG"S.It works great,I have it mounted between the seat and gas cap.It comes with the sender that mounts under the sparkplug.

I don't think it's water-proof....I siliconed the heck out of it before installing it,so far so good.
