Cross referencing some factory bolts

I need a few replacement bolts for my factory bumper on my 03 Rubicon. I can see online that the factory OEM part description is a "BOLT, FLANGE (8X16) - (8X16),A AC". I assume that is 8mm wide x 16mm deep? I am not certain about my thread specs though? Any of you have any tips as to where I can get this bolt without going to the dealer? My closest dealer is an hour away.

Bolt size is 8mm and the length would be the 16mm (a little longer won't hurt a thing on the bumper bolts) and the thread pitch is 1.25.

Thanks! Do you have any idea if you can grab these in the specialty bolt sections of a local Lowes or Home Depot?

Most auto parts stores carry metric bolts and I would think the hardware stores would also, metric bolts are becoming very popular on everything.
