I am having problems with low compression. I adjusted the valves, it ran for a week, now it won't run. I get a lot of variation when I check the compression. Anywhere from 10PSI to 130PSI. Any help would be appreciated.
I set the valve clearance to .15mm @ 12ft/lbs. The compression is showing about 135psi consistently. I am just leary of putting it all back together and the same problem happening again.
Well, I had 135psi of compression. I put everything back together and it will not start. If I put my finger over the spark plug hole, the compression still feels good. I have good spark. The plug has gas on it. Any ideas?
I got it to start. It ran with almost no power. Now I cannot get it to restart. Any help would be appreciated.
set the valves at 6thousandths and i doubt thats your problem ,sounds like the exhaust valve isnt sealing, the valve seal can work itself away from the head, happend to me anyway
