It's behind the hub. You take the wheel off, the hub off and it's the last part on the axle on left side. It has a bevel and if you put it on backwards, your nut holding the hub on won't go on all the way and the cotter key won't go in. It's in the third picture you put on here so I guess I'm not understanding your question.

If you really need a picture, let me know. I have one off now but will be gone all day tomorrow.

Are you looking for the part cause you can't find it , or , looking to buy one , if you pulled the axle and never took the left axle tube off , then it might be in the tube -- bearing stop #17 in this print , still available

Got a PM and he's looking for the bearing stopper is what Honda calls it, I think. (it was missing when he bought it and is having all kinds of trouble with bearings)
It's part # 18 on this diagram, I think.
These are OEM part #'s so you can just give that to your dealer.

Make sure you pay attention to the orientation, if you put it on the wrong way, your nut won't go on all the way to allow your cotter key to go in.

Sorry about that , I linked the wrong pic , those mud flares are not even mine , I was sharing those NOS/no longer available 1st gen 300 smooth flares with a buddy , I wouldn't pay $240 a set for flares , even though I would love to have them on my 1st gen 300s

I was trying to link a page from the 450 parts book on Partzilla , showing the bearing stop
