Clutch Kit or Performance Kit

I was wondering. I am going to put on 27" Outlaws with some new rims. I was wondering what I should do. Get a clutch kit or performance Kit from atv outfitters. I realize the clutch will not give me the power loss from putting bigger tires on but would it be smarter to go that direction. I would rather put the performance on for the gain in power again and the sound. What do you guys think?

i would put tha clutch kit in. if u put the performance kit in u will still lose power until you put a clutch kit in.
The performance kit will help you all around. the clutch kit only helps get the tires turning from a stop..

I would get the performance kit for this reason. If you were gonna run 28" I would say get the cluth kit, but with 27" they don't rob nearly as much power. I would recommend going with a lighter tire than the outlaws though, IMO they are heavy for what you get. I have Mud Lites and part of the reason I got them was because of the weight difference. I did not have a noticable loss because of the weight I think.
Well I was going for the outlaws because of the tread and where I ride is a lot of sinking sand or really slooshy stuff. Most of it is sand though. Will the mudlites do ok?
get the clutch kit first. 27" Outlaw is still a **** of a tire you will thank yourself for it. Oh, and one other thing, dont ever say you are going to go with a mud- lite instead of an Outlaw. Boy,if you scared go to church! LOL!
i would go with performance and see if that will help...then if you still think that you are losing power add a clutch kit... i think they are cheap enough to just go get one if you need one.
I appreciate it everyone.
