look in the how to section it has a step by step write up on the install for a foreman 500. very little difference. look on this post there is a picture about halfway down of what I use to remove the centrif clutch.

You can also stand the bike up on the rear rack. everything will be eye level and easy to reach. Just make sure to run the bike out of fuel and turn the fuel off. if not it will fill the air box up and run out everywhere. the kit can be install without removing the clutch, but is a whole lot easier to do on the table. the springs can be a pain.
cltch kit is in should hav done this a long time ago i also took pics of my trick rear brake setup and will post pics now that i have the time.
is it that much of a difference with the clutch kit? what is the improvment? i was looking into one of those.
