On a honda, it want change the speed, only just the stall by like 500 rpms. Your bike will handle 27" perfect with the clutch kit and the mods you already have.

First thing, what kind of tires are you looking for in 28"? Depending on which tire you choose will also depend on how well your foreman can handle them. Your bike will do fine with 28" tires in soupy mud with the xmas list you have above, but the thicker stuff, thats another story

yes the clutch kit for the 450 is the same as the 400. do you have a bigbore kit or just an overbore? your sig. say's an overbore. the wife is running 27" zilla's on here foreman 400 with just a clutch kit, snorkel and 0.50 wiseco piston kit. It turns them well, so far it has never had a problem turning them. but laws will be alittle harder to turn than zilla's.
