Choke

Hey i was wonderin if it was very hard to replace to the choke cable on my 4-wheeler. Dont know if anyone else has had this problem before. But i went muddin and parting and such and got snow all over it, it melted and refroze everythign. And the water got into the cable for the choke, and froze it, and when i pulled on the choke, i broke the cable. I know that i have to replace teh whole line, but is this very hard or complicated?
