Well i have decided its between Ramsey 3000 lb winch or a Warn 3.0? Wher can you gte the warn the cheapest? I know a place where i can get a Ramsey 3k for 315 shipped, but is that winch worth it? Let me know. Also would like a 3000 lb MM, but do they have a mount kit for them? I have a 2004 Foreman.

Just bought a MM 3500 for 229 from allterrainsupply.com. Man it is awesome. Just to try it out i hooked the cable to the top of my shop and winched away it picked it clean up off the ground and the motor barely changed pitch. Already had the mounting bracket so i can't help you much there. Can't wait to try it in the mud, cold snap here keepin us in.
Did you just buy a warn plate and drill it out?
No mount kit for the Mile Markers tha I have seen. But you can buy a mount plate from Ebay for about $30 then drill three hole and its done.
I have a mount plate that came in my AP skid palte kit. I drilled the holes in mine, it was just easier to do since it was aluminum.

You can not beat the prices of the Mile Marker winches, for the quality you get.
I already had the plate for the two previous 2000 pound Superwinches I had, it bolted right in, no drilling needed.
So if i order a plate for a superwinch, it will work on mine? Where can i purchase the mount from? Which should i go with 3000 lb or 3500 lb winch from MM if i go that route? Do they have a warranty? Is the rocker switch any good? Just give me a descriptive review. Also is it sealed?
Yes the plate should work. I bought mine from a local dealer, just check the bolt pattern for whatever plate you buy, there are tons on ebay for a foreman. the bolt pattern is 1.9" x 3.09". I would definately go with the 3500 pound. It has a 2.0hp motor as opposed to Warn's .9hp. It is sealed, it has a 1/4 cable instead of 3/16. It has a gear reduction of 256.8:1 as opposed to Warns 136:1. It may be a little slower retrieving but it won't stop pulling. It has a 2 year warranty. as far as the switch goes, it comes with a hand held 12ft. long plug in type remote switch for winching off of the bike. However i bought a Warn mini rocker and it wired right up to the solenoid so now i have both. Total price was 229 for the winch and 43 for the switch.

As far as the mount plate here is the link for it, This is the one i have,

And here is the link for the winch if you want to read about it:

I am going to try to check it in the mud today, so i'll let you know how it performs.

I'll send some pics of it installed if you would like them.

Does it include the roller fairlead when you buy it from there? Did you have to modify that venom plate to get it to work on your MM? Where did you order your warn rocker at?
My plate came with a roller, remember i got mine at the local dealer. The MM comes with a steel hawse fairlead. No i did not have to modify the plate any, the holes lined right up. As for the rocker, EBAY, that is where you can find anything, here is a link.

Well put "lb" I only chose the 3k because the 3.5k was out of stock for a couple more weeks, when I was buying mine. I too bought the Warn Mini rocker and just finished putting it on today (well I have to connect two more wires) I did not care for having to dig out and hook up the remote every time I want to use the winch. I also installed the Amsteel synthetic cable and have an aluminum fairlead on order. All tha tis still cheaper than the Warn 3.0. Like it was mentioned prior it may not real in the fastest, but it doesn't slow down and get hot.
