I HAVE ONE MOUNTED TO THE TOUNGE OF MY UTILITY TRAILER. IT WORKS GREAT AND THERE ARE HOLES TO PUT LOCKS ON BOTH LATCHES IF YOU DO NOT FEEL SECURE THE WAY IT IS
