I am in process of rebuilding my 2005 Honda Rincon 650 Carburator following YouTube step-by-step. The 3/4" long brass hollow part shown in the attached image was in my carburetor, but I can't for the life of me find it in any videos or where it came from in my carburetor. Any ideas?

When you removed the main jet, there was likely a tube with small holes above it that came out. The part you need identified is the needle jet that sits above that tube. They don't usually come out easily but can fall out on occasion. They do get worn and is a good idea to replace if available.
