I have heard alot of people clipping the carb spring. What is this? where is this? and Why do you clip it?

Thanks MudNut I could probley do this but is the payoff worth it. How much more are you going to get out of your motor. I would think no more top end or torque could be had here, just throttle position would change? What am I missing?
