2004 Honda foreman rubicon 500 the issue is it will not rev like the slide in the carb won’t open up,I have had the carb off several times and cleaned out,,completely torn apart blew every jet,offorce out put back in same problems,now I did have to dodder the three wires straight to the tps and I get it between the 580 and 620 but I’m not sure I got the three wires,,the wire colors are yellow/white yellow/black and green/something I have the green on the main top and the yellow/black middle and yellow/white the main bottom,I’m not 100 percent that’s right as the pigtail was missing already,,those wires looks as if to be the only ones that’s been altered,there’s no choke cable as it’s plugged off at the carb,tanks clean fuels getting to the carb ok I believe and it does it with the air box on it or off,,could this be a bad tps maybe?
