I would look at the float level,you probably need a manual for the specs,but the float level might be out of adjustment.Did he replace the float? New floats need to be adjusted when installed.Does it feel like it is running out of fuel when it stalls?Maybe you can duplicate it in the garage by using a floor jack under the front end and jacking the ATV up,then see what hasppens.As far as the lift goes,if it was me I wouldn't put a liftf on.I installed my stock 25" tires from my Foreman on my wife's Recon and they fit without a problem,It really went through the sh*t with those tires on!

I would take the carb. apart again and make sure everything is really clean.Make sure the float is not sticking.
