carb fuel screw

a friend of mine has a crf 450 honda and was showing me how he replaced the idle adjustment screw with an after market screw with a small tee handle instead of the "D" shaped arrangement. anybody know of a similar replacement screw for the foreman. or if not that, a better way of making adjustments. i found an adjustment tool on one site for $100 but thats kinda pricey.
