you will get 50 different answers. everyone builds theirs differently.

personally i used 2" pvc pipe, stright out of the airbox, down the right side, behind the shock and up right behind my winch through that little square access panel...i think i used 6 connections and sealed them with pvc glue...that's it...
1 1/2" from the air box, and then with a rubber connector went to 2". i also went down the right side and up through access panel on the front. I would suggest just buying some 90's and some 45's and some pipe and playing with it until you get it the way you want it. then mark all the joints and assemble as much as you cann off the bike. Then slip it on and glue the rest of it together.

2" to 1 1/2" rubber reducer

11" long 2" pipe

2" 45 deg. elbow

8 1/2" long 2" pipe

2" 45 deg. elbow

Short piece of 2" PVC to connect 45 and 90

2" 90 deg. elbow

Short piece of 2" PVC to connect 90 to threaded coupler

2" threaded coupler

16 ga sheet metal I would have used thicker but I had this laying around.
