You could try Ebay. There are alot of places online that sell oem parts alot cheaper than the dealer but the problem none of thier parts fisches list 07 for the foreman it only gooes up to 06.

I wouldnt get them, my 07 Foreman is already peeling off. Its only been hand washed and is only 9 months old(out of warranty) Stick with the regular colors till honda figures out whats wrong...
