I use the smaller of the two Dri-Stor boxes. It is as about as big as you can fit on the rear rack of the '05s. It is not "dry" when submerged, but unless you put the lid under water it will stay dry. (mine has a drain plug now ) The clamps they use to hold to the rack are VERY cheesy. I would suggest some u-bolts if you ride hard. The sealing gasket is flimsy as well.

They are very handy and are actually comfortable to lean against, for those long breaks.

I would recomend them.
They are too big for an '07

I bought one of the Magnum Cajun Dri-Stor's. It is too big to fit the rear rack without covering up part of the seat. This means that the box will have to be removed in order to remove the seat. The Magnum is the larger of the two Dri-Stor boxes, but the smaller one won't work either.

Check this link: <a href="http://www.atvoutfitters.net/storage_boxes.htm" target="_blank">http://www.atvoutfitters.net/storage_boxes.htm</a>
The smaller one fits. Its as big as it can be but it fits.
And still remove the seat?

Do you know if the distance from the exterme rear of the seat to the vertical post at the rear of the rack is the same on the '05 and '07? On my '07 the distance is 11.5" but it looks like I'd need 10.5" to slide the seat back to remove it.
Otherwise, how do you like it?

Thanks, Jerry
Truegrit, thats the size i am wanting, thanks everyone for your help.

It rubs the rear of the seat when you take the seat on and off, but it is not bad.

The 05-07 frames are all the same.

It is very handy, but its not water proof when the whole thing is submerged in a water wheelie. If you don't do that it will stay dry.
Truegrit is Correct

Truegrit, you are right it DOES fit, tho' it does rub the seat. It couldn't be ANY larger and still work.

Thanks.
