broke the front right axle on my 07 foreman curios as to where i can get the best price on an axle without going to the dealer and if anything else other then the axle has to be changed

I would replace it with a gorilla axle. <a href="http://www.gorilla-axle.com/" target="_blank">http://www.gorilla-axle.com/</a> Then when you or if you break the other one do the same with it. Just my 2 cents.
