Brake Pads

What is everybody's opinion on brake pads? Where to get them, best price, best quality? I found some EBC Sintered Pads on Rocky Mountain ATV for $21.99 per side, are EBC's good pads. They also had EBC Carbon pads for the same price. Thanks
