brake lights stuck on?

hello, i have a 06 foreman and my brake lights seem to be stuck on?? they are very bright like i have my brakes applied, but i do not?? any thoughts.

Did you try checking the brake light switch .. there are 3 switches , 1 for each lever on the handlebars & 1 for the foot pedal ..
